Mary Sova has been with Hedquist since its inception in 2001. Mary is the operations manager and administrator responsible for supporting all search activities, assisting with candidate sourcing, financial management and reporting. Mary has a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University. Prior to Hedquist, Mary worked in Human Resources; Training and Development for Zurich American Insurance.
Jeff Hedquist is the Founder and President of Hedquist International. Jeff provides oversight for business development, establishing search project teams, execution of domestic and international executive search, establishing and developing client relationships that include leading healthcare organizations and premier senior-level candidates. Prior to Hedquist International, Jeff was the Vice President of Managed Healthcare for The McHenry Group.
